Air Quality Conformity Determination and Regional Emissions Modelling Service

The government authority in New Jersey is seeking a consultant to conduct technical analyses that will enable the agency to demonstrate air quality conformity for its transportation plans and programs. The selected partner must collect the latest tolls, transit bus, rail, and ferry data, including routes, frequencies, fares, and schedules, to update the agency systems. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
