Third-Party Operation and Management Service

The Carlsbad, New Mexico government authority is seeking a third-party operator to manage and operate a licensed child care center serving local children and families. The selected operator will assume responsibility for all aspects of the program, including curriculum, enrollment, family billing, family engagement, staffing, and program administration. The scope of work also encompasses business operations, grant writing, insurance, compliance, reporting, health and safety, and child care assistance and universal child care participation. The operator must handle all cleaning and sanitation related to the child care operations unless otherwise agreed in writing. The agency requires the performance of this work to be conducted offsite. Eligible organizations must be based onshore within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this service.
