Marine Operations Consultant Service

The government authority located in Corvallis, Oregon, requires a marine operations consultant to advise on the suitability of vessels, marine equipment, and deployment strategies in alignment with site-specific ocean conditions. The agency is seeking expertise to resolve operational planning challenges, manage marine logistics, and establish communication and coordination protocols, including those for simultaneous operations. Additionally, the selected consultant will advise on marine warranty and salvage operations, as well as safety, health, and environmental requirements. The scope of work covers reviewing and advising on client plans for rigging, towing, lifting, and anchor handling, alongside reviewing summaries of third-party verification processes and reports. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year.
