Website Redesign, Development, Hosting, Implementation, Maintenance and Migration Service Using Drupal CMS

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide website redesign, development, hosting, implementation, maintenance, and migration services using the Drupal content management system. The project aims to modernize the agency's web presence, create a unified and user-friendly brand across all websites, and establish a cohesive user experience for internal and external users. The agency needs to solve the problem of fragmented web properties by implementing a logical navigation scheme, a new visual design suite, and a dashboard that allows administrators to access all sites from a single location. The scope of work covers information architecture, content development, front-end web development, and the implementation of the new content management system. The vendor must develop responsive front-end code, including valid HTML5 markup, CSS, and JavaScript, for the entire visual design suite. The project also requires deploying the site in a soft launch, completing final testing, resolving errors, and providing an ongoing proactive support plan for front- and back-end development. Additionally, the agency requires integration with third-party applications such as SAML-based authentication and Touch Net, alongside the implementation of search engine optimization best practices, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and requires bidders to provide estimates, including hourly rates and minimum hourly requirements, for ongoing support.
