The agency is seeking a complete website modernization and digital presence overhaul using the WordPress content management system or an equivalent open-source platform with a documented rationale. The project aims to solve user navigation and engagement challenges by establishing a strategic user experience architecture, visual design, content migration, accessibility compliance, search engine optimization, performance benchmarking, staff training, and post-launch support. The scope of work requires wireframes for primary page templates, including the homepage, audience landing pages, program pages, events and calendar, jobs board integration, news and media, contact and intake forms, and an about and impact dashboard. The new digital platform must feature audience segmentation on the homepage to route job seekers, employers, and veterans and special populations to differentiated pathways. The agency requires a dynamic impact dashboard with content management system-editable data fields for quarterly outcome updates, as well as social media meta tags on all pages. The scope also covers full integration with an existing jobs board via an application programming interface or an iframe with a responsive wrapper, alongside multilingual support for English and Spanish at a minimum. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency allows the selected partner to perform all work offsite.
