Quickbase Central Coordination Database Services

The King County government authority located in Renton, Washington is seeking a consultant to assist with the creation, streamlining, and ongoing support of a central coordination database using the Quickbase platform. This database will track and align restoration efforts across a highly diverse group of organizations, labor forces, funding sources, and land managers. The agency needs to solve the problem of fragmented communication and resource allocation by establishing a unified system that avoids double efforts through an integrated outreach log. The scope of work requires the development of a database that produces a variety of cross-table reports to assist with resource allocation planning. Project leads must have the ability to create and populate monitoring events, ideally while out in the field via a mobile app. The system must include robust protections for Personal Identification Information and allow external access for land managers and project leads to perform data input and queries. The selected consultant will also provide ongoing support and training to the agency, which will manage and maintain the database as the central coordinator. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite.
