Pavement Condition Analysis Service

The City of Bellaire, Texas, is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a city-wide pavement condition analysis service to assess the state of its municipal pavement. The agency needs to collect comprehensive data on its street infrastructure to update the city's inventory and assign condition ratings. This assessment must cover pavement conditions, curb and gutter infrastructure, ADA ramps, sidewalks, and pavement markings. The selected vendor must develop a detailed project management plan and a project schedule to guide the assessment.
