Janitorial Services

The Utah Transit Authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its government facility located in Salt Lake, Utah. The agency requires a contractor to solve the ongoing need for facility cleanliness and sanitation through regular maintenance of both interior and exterior spaces. The scope of work covers disinfecting all areas, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping flooring, as well as sweeping the outside entrance and stairs. The selected provider must empty and disinfect all interior and exterior trash receptacles, replace liners, and clean all applicable ashtrays and sand urns. Additionally, the work includes removing and vacuuming walk-off mats, cleaning the floors underneath, vacuuming and wiping door tracks, and disinfecting countertops, tables, and chairs. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Salt Lake location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to compete for this contract. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services.
