User Acceptance Testing Service

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide onsite user acceptance testing (UAT) reviews and offsite testing services. This initiative supports the development and maintenance of state information technology systems that determine eligibility for multiple benefit programs. The selected contractor will perform application interface and integration testing, as well as functionality, usability, and design testing on the citizen portal. The scope of work requires the contractor to create, update, and execute automated test scripts while maintaining UAT regression script libraries. The contractor must log all discovered defects using the state's designated systems, SpiraPlan and JIRA. Implementation will occur during a three-month transitional phase prior to the expiration of the incumbent vendor's contract. During this transition, the contractor must participate in all implementation activities provided by the state and the incumbent vendor using a tell, show, do methodology. The contractor must review the requirements, design structure, storage methods, existing system documentation, user manuals, and functional specifications. Additionally, the contractor must conduct a full handover of the automation tool and scripts, and review processes for script maintenance, execution, pipeline integrations, and results analysis. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
