Enhancement And Maintenance of the Cancer and Chronic Disease Data Management System

The New York State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide enhancement and maintenance services for the Cancer and Chronic Disease Data Management System. The agency requires system maintenance and technical support for all applications within the system, utilizing C#.Net and SQL Server for all enhancements. The selected vendor must also provide hosting and real-time support starting June 1, 2026, through the end of the contract. The scope of work includes developing a patient navigation tool and creating dashboards for the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, Healthy Heart Ambassador, and Emergency Medical Services Demonstration Project. The agency requires the implementation of pharmacy claim submission functionality in Reimbursable Activity, workflow development, and EDI/EPIC or equivalent integration for health provider electronic claim connectivity. The vendor must also manage monthly and ad hoc reporting, data quality assurance, CDC compliance, patient navigation data collection, participant data tracking, and Cancer Treatment Program application tracking. The agency requires a Spanish language option at the database logon screen that translates and updates all enrollment screen components, with the option to offer other languages. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of two years.
