Digital Portfolio Curation Platform

The issuing agency is seeking a digital portfolio curation platform to support high school students and their teachers through the senior portfolio defense process. The platform must enable students to collect and organize multimedia artifacts, including documents, video, audio, images, and external links, into a personal digital binder or archive. It must also provide a shareable portfolio URL suitable for post-secondary applications, scholarship submissions, and career exploration, while ensuring students can export or transfer their portfolios independently. For educators and administrators, the platform must provide tools to create structured learning spaces, milestones, or guided portfolio tasks. Teachers and administrators require a dashboard or reporting interface to monitor student progress and portfolio completion status. The system must support Single Sign-On integration with the agency's existing identity management system and deliver district-level analytics on student participation, completion, and competency evidence. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost.
