The National Aeronautics and Space Administration at Wallops Island, Virginia is seeking professional engineering services to support a multi-site supervisory control and data acquisition implementation. The agency requires a contractor to deliver engineering plans, hands-on configuration, and commissioning support using the Inductive Automation Ignition platform. The primary objective is to enable read-only monitoring, data logging, visualization, and data ingestion for select operational sites. The scope of work covers the creation of operator dashboards, trends, and basic alarming functions. The selected partner must establish databases on the hypervisor to track tags, historians, and bills of materials, while also enabling historian logging for Phase 1 tag sets to meet minimum retention requirements. Additionally, the project requires integration with a data warehouse and the implementation of command and control, writebacks, remote control, or setpoint changes. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the contractor to perform all work offsite.
