Cloud-Based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation and Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking a comprehensive, cloud-based NetSuite enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and a NetSuite EPM planning and budgeting solution. The agency needs to implement a unified, integrated ERP platform to enhance reporting, analytics, decision-making capabilities, workflow automation, security configuration, and governance controls. This modern, scalable platform must support operations across finance and accounting, procurement and inventory management, contracts and grants management, payroll and workforce management, document and records management, and information technology, security, and data governance. The scope of work covers the implementation, configuration, integration, training, and ongoing support of the NetSuite ERP and EPM systems. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on May 28, 2025.
