Website Redesign, Hosting and Web Content Accessibility Service

The Village is seeking a vendor to provide website redesign, hosting, and web content accessibility services. The agency needs a complete solution that includes the website design, data, and hosting of the existing website while ensuring compliance with web content accessibility guidelines. This project aims to solve the problem of maintaining an outdated, non-compliant digital presence by establishing an ADA-compliant website and a compatible mobile version. The scope of work covers purchasing, transferring, or renewing the existing domain name and hosting the website within the United States. The selected vendor must provide ongoing United States-based technical support, website maintenance, firewall protection, and the transfer of existing content. Additionally, the agency requires search engine optimization, unlimited updates for website text changes, unlimited training for Village staff, and optional security recommendations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the project.
