Shoreline Permitting Workflow Management System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a shoreline permitting workflow management system. The system must include a public-facing permit portal for application submission, status tracking, and notifications. It also requires end-to-end permit lifecycle management, document management, automated workflow routing, and task and case management. The scope of work covers GIS and external system integration, payment processing, fee management, and inspection management. The system must also support compliance and enforcement tracking, reporting and analytics, environmental and regulatory reporting, security and data protection, and mobile accessibility. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
