Optical Metrology Tool

The government authority located in British Columbia is seeking an optical metrology tool capable of performing 3D surface imaging and analyses. The agency requires a system that provides automated data acquisition and image stitching for large area analyses, as well as macro programmability for repeated and routine analyses. To ensure measurement stability, the requested tool must include a benchtop anti-vibration platform or another vibration cancellation system. The agency also requires a software license that allows multi-computer installation for offline data analysis, or alternatively, includes an additional individual license for a standalone analysis personal computer. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
