Azure Cloud Managed Services Provider

The agency is seeking an Azure Cloud Managed Services Provider to deliver managed services for infrastructure, services, and applications hosted in Azure public and government clouds. The current and future data hosting requirements are organized into Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service models, including Azure Kubernetes Cluster, Managed SQL, Redis, Cosmos DB, Open Search, App Services, and Event Hubs. The project covers the transformation and modernization of the agency's application portfolio to further leverage cloud-native solutions and incorporate newly released Azure-based solutions. The selected provider must maintain a fully staffed network operations center operating continuously twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred sixty-five days a year, including holidays. The scope of work includes network monitoring and performance, operating system support, incident detection and response, issue tracking and management, help desk and incident ticketing, and incident resolution tracking. Additionally, the provider must handle systems and application monitoring, network resources, services running on the operating systems, backup services, patching, processes, and governance, risk management, and compliance. The agency requires integration with its Security Operations Center, which includes implementing bi-directional ticket integration between the provider's ITSM and the agency's systems, alongside dedicated account management. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement. The agency has scheduled the deadline for the Intent to Bid on May 28, 2026. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 4, 2026. An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on June 8 and June 12, 2026.
