The agency requires digital and e-book collections, including platforms with simultaneous or metered access licensing options suitable for school district use. These collections must feature audiobook and read-along formats designed to support emerging readers and students with disabilities, alongside platforms that integrate with district single sign-on authentication systems. The scope of work also encompasses digital databases and online reference resources that provide differentiated reading levels within the same article or topic to accommodate varied student reading abilities. The agency requires databases offering primary source documents, newspaper archives, and multimedia content. Additionally, the agency is requesting curriculum-aligned streaming video and multimedia educational content spanning science, social studies, language arts, health, career and technical education, and fine arts. All video content must include closed captioning to meet accessibility requirements, and must be accompanied by teacher resource guides and lesson plan integrations.
