RFI for Enterprise Asset Management Technology Solution

The City of West Jordan is exploring potential enterprise asset management technology solutions to better support its operational functions. The agency currently relies on a fragmented environment of systems and tools, including Beehive, FASTER, GIS-related tools, Caselle, spreadsheets, and paper-based processes. The agency is seeking information on software solutions that can streamline workflows across departments and consolidate management for assets, work orders, preventative maintenance, inventory, fleet, facilities, parks, streets, stormwater, traffic, and inspections. The requested scope of information covers software capabilities, implementation considerations, mobile field capabilities, GIS integration, work order functionality, asset lifecycle tracking, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and reporting capabilities. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will accept performance of the work either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to understand budget requirements for this potential transition. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this request for information no later than June 12, 2026. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
