RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technology Solution

The agency is seeking information on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology solution to evaluate its current software environment and inform future business system strategies. This initiative aims to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and potential system replacement across enterprise applications, departmental systems, internally developed tools, spreadsheets, and manual workflows. Existing systems and supporting tools under consideration include Caselle, UKG/Kronos, NEOGOV, Laserfiche, TRAKiT, Euna Supplier Network, Xpress Bill Pay, and other departmental applications. The scope of work requires vendors to provide both low- and high-cost estimates for the proposed products and services, specifically for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) deployment. Eligible respondents must be onshore USA organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to understand budget requirements and pricing structures. Respondents must submit all questions regarding this request no later than June 12, 2026.
