Curriculum Management and Catalogs Publication Application Software

The agency is seeking a modern, vendor-hosted curriculum management and catalogs publication application software to replace its existing system. This campus-wide system enables faculty and academic administrators to propose, review, and approve changes to academic programs and courses. The agency needs a robust, user-friendly, and future-ready solution that integrates curriculum proposals and published academic catalogs to ensure efficient data transfer and consistency. The selected provider must implement integrations between the curriculum management system and Ellucian Banner using Ethos and Workday, while also integrating with institutional authentication systems. The project requires supporting data exchange for approved curriculum elements and effective-dated records, developing role-based training for faculty, staff, and administrators, and providing post-go-live support and issue resolution. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is contracting for a period of one year.
