Cyber Technology Services

The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking cyber technology services to support its Information Technology Architecture, IT Development Operations, IT Security Operations, and Operations and Maintenance services for incident response. The agency is trying to solve the problem of late-stage operational issues by incorporating cyber security operations teams into the development process as early as possible to identify and reduce vulnerabilities. The project scope covers providing automation and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools to build and maintain consistent deployments and environments, developing Defensive Cyber Operations concepts, managing Network Operations, and securing Internet boundary and perimeter defense systems alongside other identified networks. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not provided pre-determined financial limits or specific key dates in the initial solicitation.
