Process Servers Service

The Fairfax County government authority in Virginia is seeking a contractor to provide professional process server services. The agency will provide the selected contractor with all available county-possessed data related to the required services. The contractor must assume responsibility for all costs associated with acquiring additional data, as well as processing, analyzing, or evaluating the county-provided data. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026. The agency is accepting proposals digitally via email or online submission. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Evaluation criteria will be based on the submitted proposals that address these process serving requirements.
