Physical Security System Support Services

The government authority located in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking physical security system support services to maintain, modernize, and expand its physical security systems. The agency requires a combination of hardware and software to perform video surveillance and maintain physical access security. This infrastructure includes Genetec platform software, specifically Genetec Omnicast video surveillance system software and Genetec Synergis access control system software, installed on nineteen servers in production and test environments. The scope of work covers twenty-five Eizo and Axis brand decoders and streamers used by security personnel for live camera monitoring. The agency also requires support for twelve roll-up overhead door monitoring sensors and ten vehicle entry and exit gates with gate operator integrations. Additionally, the system includes twenty-seven existing door intercoms and master stations configured with two-way audio and one-way video. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the contract will take place offsite over a period of one year.
