Inspection System Camera and Crawler Service

The West Cameron Port Authority in Lake Charles, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide an inspection system camera and crawler service. The agency requires this specialized equipment to inspect pipelines ranging from four to ninety-six inches in diameter. The system must operate within a temperature range of thirty-two to one hundred and four degrees Fahrenheit, with storage capabilities between minus four and one hundred and fifty-eight degrees Fahrenheit, and run on one hundred and twenty to two hundred and forty volts alternating current at sixty hertz. The requested camera must feature a sensitivity of point zero five lux, a resolution of nineteen hundred and twenty by ten hundred and eighty pixels, and a one hundred and twenty times zoom lens consisting of ten times optical and twelve times digital zoom. The agency also requires a pressure rating of one bar, an IP68 protection class, auto shutter, auto or manual focus, and dimmable dual-mode LED illumination. The accompanying crawler must feature a steerable six-wheel drivetrain, a turn radius down to zero inches, a color rear-view camera with a tri-LED lamp, and sensors for pitch, roll, temperature, and pressure.
