Facility Conditions Assessment Services

The City of Victoria, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to perform a comprehensive facility conditions assessment for its local government facilities. The agency needs to evaluate structural systems, the building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ice arena systems, and interior finishes and functional spaces. This assessment will establish a clear understanding of the facility's deferred maintenance and long-term capital forecasting needs. The project also requires a strategic analysis to evaluate the functional adequacy of the facility relative to current and future community needs. The selected vendor must identify systemic limitations or inefficiencies, such as layout, operations, and aging systems, while assessing the risks associated with continued reinvestment. Additionally, the agency requires a facility optimization and reinvestment strategy that evaluates space utilization, identifies underutilized or inefficient spaces, and provides recommendations for reconfiguration or repurposing to improve functionality and user experience. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted onsite at the facility in Victoria, Minnesota.
