The scope of work covers mobile-first responsive UX/UI design, accessible components, venue pages, event listings, maps, parking, forms, policies, and wayfinding. Technical requirements include recommending a secure, role-governed CMS like WordPress or Drupal, and integrating ticketing, calendars, CRM/newsletters, payments, maps, and document libraries. The agency requires strict adherence to OWASP-aligned security controls, HTTPS, secure authentication, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards verified through screen-reader testing. The vendor must perform structured content migration, manage redirects, ensure link integrity, and convert documents to meet state accessibility policies. The project also demands hosting recommendations with uptime SLAs, administrator training on accessibility authoring, and post-launch support including a warranty, patching, and incident response. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and they will perform all work offsite.
