This project aims to synchronize digital learning with the district's specific Scope and Sequence, ensuring that students moving between digital and traditional classrooms experience a seamless transition in content and pacing. The agency also requires a robust Credit Recovery mechanism that prioritizes academic integrity and allows students to earn Initial Credit in niche or high-demand fields without requiring a content-certified teacher physically present in every building. The scope of work covers full core content suites for English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies for grades nine through twelve, alongside high-quality, industry-aligned CTE pathways such as Business, Health Sciences, Information Technology, and Manufacturing. The requested solution must include specialized elective courses, automatic grading for objective questions, manual overrides with clear rubrics for subjective work, and an automated alerting system to notify teachers when students fall behind or fail multiple quiz attempts. The selected provider must restrict student data processing solely to providing, improving, developing, or maintaining the integrity of the cloud computing services, unless express permission is granted by a student's parent. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency allows digital submission of proposals via email or online.
