Commitments Management Solution

The university is seeking a vendor to develop and implement a new commitments management solution in a Software as a Service environment. This new system will replace a current standalone commitments database to improve tracking, planning, and forecasting of campus commitments. The agency needs this solution to increase visibility into ongoing financial obligations, improve the user experience, and integrate with the existing on-premise Oracle Hyperion application in advance of a university cloud conversion. The scope of work requires the vendor to identify, document, and manage all functional and technical requirements for a successful project. The selected provider must handle the development and testing of the commitments management solution, followed by sign-off, rollout, and internal staff knowledge transfer. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The university is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The university has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for June 2, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
