Multi-modal Probe Data Services

The North Dakota Department of Transportation in Bismarck, North Dakota is seeking multi-modal probe data services to obtain anonymized, crowdsourced, multi-modal traffic data. The agency requires Software as a Service (SaaS) access to origin-destination and travel-path statistical data for all travel modes. This platform must allow users to obtain travel-path or route statistics through user-defined travel analysis zone origins and destinations, as well as user-defined boundaries such as State borders or urbanized area boundaries. The scope of work requires location identification for the statistics to be user-definable through map and text- or menu-based selection tools. Outputs must be user-definable to facilitate tabular, map-based ESRI GIS, and graphical reporting, as well as inputs to engineering design and modelling software. Additionally, the agency requires the integration of count and speed data with its existing MS2 platform, which must include notifications of inconsistencies between the vendor's data and State websites to facilitate daily data quality checks. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
