The selected partner will advise on survey questions to ensure clarity for providers and will assemble a complete, updated provider information set in Excel format. The scope of work requires implementing a methodology to analyze market rate data, recommending improvements to this methodology, and constructing an unedited report of non-standard rates such as those that are not hourly, daily, or weekly. The project also covers providing a comparison of licensed capacity versus desired capacity for child care centers using data exported from the Child Care Aware system. Additionally, the agency requires assistance in refining reporting needs to accommodate modest changes over the contract term, as well as detailed reports to support legislative requests, financial planning, or policy analysis. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted onsite at the government authority located in Minnesota.
