The government authority located in Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its facility. The agency needs to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment across its offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and exterior areas. This procurement addresses the ongoing need for routine waste management, surface disinfection, dust control, and floor maintenance within the occupied space. The scope of work covers a wide range of daily and periodic cleaning tasks inside and outside the building. Inside the facility, the selected vendor must empty and clean trash containers, change liners, spot clean stone, granite, chrome, and glass surfaces, and remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners. Outside the building, the vendor must remove trash and debris from the perimeter and parking lots, and wash trash carts. The contract period will run for one year, and the performance of all work must take place onsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to compete for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services, and bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online.
