Food Safety and Sanitation Program Services

The Georgia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food safety and sanitation program services for its school nutrition areas. The agency needs to solve the challenge of maintaining consistently superior sanitation, standardizing safety processes across all kitchen facilities, and ensuring proper inventory control of cleaning supplies. The scope of work requires monthly delivery of all necessary cleaning products during the school year, alongside a standardized reporting system and a comprehensive Hazardous Communications Program. To ensure effective program implementation, the agency requires annual or as-needed back-to-school training, monthly on-site training, and subsequent site monitoring regarding chemical use.
