Airport Commercial Aviation Related Development Services

The City of Chandler, Arizona is seeking a qualified entity to provide airport commercial aviation related development services and aeronautical services facilities. The agency is trying to solve the problem of underutilized property by establishing the highest and best use of airport land to grow commercial aviation services for general aviation users, corporate aviation users, and the business community. This project aims to optimize business revenue generation at the airport, deliver first-class service, and foster employment growth within the general aviation and executive business sectors. The scope of work covers the development of commercial projects that will further support the development already underway on and near the airport. The agency requires an entity with a proven track record for attracting successful business enterprises, particularly in the field of aviation services, and demonstrating the commitment to produce a successful development. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this opportunity. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026.
