Cloud-Based Parking Permit and Citation Information System

The City is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based parking permit and citation information system, which must include software, implementation services, training, and technical support. The agency needs to optimize workflows, reduce redundancy, and streamline permit and citation tracking through a flexible framework that can expand or adapt with evolving organizational needs. The project requires migrating historical permit and citation data from legacy software or Excel spreadsheets into the new system architecture. The selected partner must design and configure the application environments, manage existing systems integrations or APIs, and implement and certify the baseline software along with any upgrades during the project. The scope of work covers go-live transition planning, user acceptance testing after comprehensive integration tests, and aligning city processes with the new system through change management leadership. The agency requires the solution to follow city IT security standards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all data and systems. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
