Small Multi-Unit and Multifamily Weatherization Assistance Program Services

The City of New Britain, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide small multi-unit and multifamily weatherization assistance program services. The agency requires the selected contractor to employ or contract with a qualified, well-trained weatherization workforce capable of installing eligible measures within the city. To support these operations, the contractor must procure all necessary services, equipment, materials, and supplies through an open and competitive procurement process. The scope of work requires the provider to participate in training and technical assistance activities across organizational, service, staffing, data and technology, and financial categories. The agency also mandates that the contractor maintain adequate cybersecurity measures and a comprehensive data security program to protect all program data.
