Transition Plan and Report Services

The government authority located in Dover, Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide transition plan and report services for a new state agency. This initiative aims to establish a clear roadmap for the new entity by creating a comprehensive transition report that outlines the transition plan and projects the associated fiscal costs. The agency needs this report to define its vision and mission, establish a strategic plan, and outline organizational goals spanning years zero through five of its operations. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to identify the organizational structure, outline responsibilities, and review a listing of open positions to determine which roles can be repurposed to complete the proposed plan.
