Commercial Paper and Direct Revolving Loan Facilities Credit Services

The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority is seeking financial institutions to provide financing capacity through credit facilities. The authority requires credit services for commercial paper and direct revolving loan facilities of up to $700 million, which may include Letters of Credit. This financing capacity will support the authority's ongoing financial operations and capital funding needs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The selected financial institution will perform all work offsite at their own office location. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these credit facilities. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the authority no later than June 2, 2026.
