Video Production Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide high-quality, compelling video production services that promote a premier travel destination. The selected vendor will handle the concept development, filming, editing, and delivery of a cohesive video campaign. This campaign must inspire travel, increase visitation, and strengthen the agency's brand as an authentic Western destination. The scope of work covers creative development, video production, and post-production. Creative development requires concept ideation, storytelling approaches, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shot planning for key events and attractions. Video production involves on-location filming during key events, supplemental filming of attractions, downtown areas, and visitor experiences, and capturing candid, authentic moments featuring real people. Post-production tasks include editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, text overlays, and music licensing or voiceover work. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place both onsite and offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals within the submissions and has not disclosed a set budget limit.
