Enterprise Resource Planning Consulting Services

The City of Palm Coast is seeking enterprise resource planning consulting services to assist with the development and selection of a new ERP solution. The agency needs to solve the challenge of modernizing its current environment by acquiring a scalable, user-friendly, and secure system. The selected consultant must provide a cost estimate of a suitable ERP system broken out by category or module, such as financial and HRIS. The scope of work covers ensuring that all product recommendations consider regulatory changes, remote access, cloud and API readiness, mobile connectivity, data encryption during export, and cybersecurity. The consultant must develop a document detailing the history of the project, a high-level description of the city's current environment, and the desired implementation approach. Additionally, the agency requires the development of a comprehensive project implementation plan containing all tasks, deadlines, milestones, sign-offs, review periods, and deliverables. The consultant must also monitor data conversion and migration throughout the project. The agency requires the development of test scripts based on functional requirements to ensure successful system configuration and completion of each requirement. Finally, the consultant must review and comment on progress towards achieving the activities and milestones defined in the project timeline. Bidders must be onshore USA organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency will allow the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
