Consulting Services for Vertical Transportation Contract Transition

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in Boston is seeking consulting services to support the transition of its vertical transportation contract. The agency requires assistance with process development, performance monitoring, and general contract and vendor management to ensure the success of the new agreement. The selected consultant will advise on transition best practices and assist in implementing management solutions and processes. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency permits the performance of all contract work to be conducted offsite. The agency requires all clarification questions to be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.
