RFI for Next-Generation Aging Services Information System

The agency is seeking information to determine the most effective procurement strategy for a next-generation aging services information system. The agency is trying to solve the problem of modernizing its existing environment by evaluating whether to pursue a single comprehensive platform replacement, a system integrator approach, a strategy combining specialized solutions, or another model altogether. This request for information aims to help the agency understand the solution landscape, assess comprehensive functional coverage, evaluate interoperability, and understand provider management capabilities. The requested scope of work covers core information and referral capabilities, including call and contact record management supporting multiple contact types such as telephone, walk-in, email, web-based, and chat. The system must support options counseling, Aging and Disability Resource Center functions, assessment and eligibility determination, and home care case management. Additionally, the agency requires capabilities for billing, claims, reimbursement, service authorization, provider management, credentialing, and nutrition program management. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals and cost estimates to inform the future procurement strategy. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this request no later than June 9, 2026.
