RFI for Radiology Dictation Platform

The agency is seeking information to identify a vendor capable of providing a comprehensive radiology dictation platform. The required platform must feature real-time speech recognition, support both front-end and back-end speech recognition, and outline voice profile training requirements. To support clinical workflows, the system must include specialty-specific radiology vocabularies, ambient listening capabilities, noise cancellation, structured reporting, template management, macros, and auto-text. The scope of work also encompasses standardized reporting support, critical findings workflows, addenda and corrections, and peer review workflows. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. The anticipated contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget expectations.
