Cloud-Based Emergency Elevator Communication System

The Port Authority is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based emergency elevator communication system utilizing a vendor-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) or vendor-managed cloud platform. The agency requires system implementation support services, software, hardware, software installation, single sign-on integration, testing, training, and ongoing product support. This system will support new elevators as they are brought online and existing elevators as they undergo refurbishment to meet current building codes. The agency needs to solve the problem of elevator communication monitoring by implementing a solution that sends real-time alerts if an interface becomes inoperable. The requested system must also feature automated diagnostics to identify specific parts requiring servicing and must comply with all Port record retention requirements. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 29, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 5, 2026.
