Cloud-Based Financial Reporting and Budgeting Software

The agency is seeking a cloud-based financial reporting and budgeting software solution. The selected system must address four specific categories, which include financial reporting software, budget reporting software, capital budget production, and strategic plan production. The agency requires the financial reporting software to import financial data from Munis, perform journal entries and budget amendments to imported balances, and make global changes to the document. For the budget reporting software, the agency requires the ability to group imported accounts by defined characteristics. The system must also include a backup documentation manager with multiple signoff levels, allowing multiple users to modify documents with version and conflict tracking for documents associated with specific aspects of the financial reports. For capital budget production, the software must track the progress of project tasks and expenditures after budget adoption. The strategic plan production component must create a strategic plan document with goals, objectives, and action plans by year. The agency requires the ability to group objectives by focus areas or by the specific target group overseeing the objective. Additionally, the software must link the strategic plan to both the budgeted line items and the actual general ledger activity. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, USA-only organizations.
