Belgium - Website Design, Development, Hosting, Migration and Implementation Service Using Drupal CMS

The agency is seeking website design, development, hosting, migration, and implementation services using the Drupal content management system. The project aims to resolve ongoing technical issues, optimize infrastructure performance, and improve both editor and external user functionalities. Specific needs include continuous updates to the latest Drupal version, monthly security updates, search engine optimization, web accessibility compliance, and proactive application monitoring. The scope of work covers website content maintenance, fixing existing bugs, and implementing technical updates to upgrade Drupal core and contributed modules once a year. Design requirements involve continuous feature improvements through light changes, user experience assets, and a components-based design system possibly utilizing frameworks like Material Design. The agency also requires hosting services for One Drupal websites, usability enhancements for content editors, and improved external user navigation through search functions, animations, interactive maps, and collapsible menus. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Belgium. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite.
