RFI for Oracle Applications Database Administration

The agency is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide Oracle applications database administration services. The primary objective is to modify current capabilities and secure comprehensive software maintenance, sustainment, modification, system design, and development. The selected partner will also handle system performance and metrics, performance monitoring, database design, test and evaluation, training, integration, migration, risk management, configuration management, documentation updates, meeting support, helpdesk support, diagnostics, production support, and Commercial Off the Shelf upgrades. The scope of work covers various cloud environments, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Exadata Clouds Services, and Cloud 1. These environments span development, test, training, reporting, data conversion, staging, production, and disaster recovery. Additionally, the agency requires the coordination of operating system database, WebLogic, application, and other solution component upgrades. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Responses must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
