Common Use Passenger Processing Systems

Denver International Airport is seeking a vendor to provide a Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS) information technology solution. This system must enable multiple airlines to share existing airport computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and local area networking to process passengers and flights through their own host systems. The agency requires a fully hosted and managed cloud platform combined with on-premises components, optimized for performance, reliability, and compliance with Transportation Security Administration and Federal Aviation Administration cybersecurity directives. The selected provider must support all hosted cloud services, including servers, workspaces, virtual firewalls, and cloud networking appliances. The hosted solution must utilize a minimum of two separate cloud data centers and maintain redundant network connections to the airport network. The scope of work also covers cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring, endpoint workstation and peripheral health monitoring, cloud server health monitoring, and the establishment of measurable service and capacity key performance indicators. Bidders must be United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency allows the work to be performed either onsite or offsite. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals, the resulting contract will cover a performance period of three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 4, 2026.
