The government authority located in Centralia, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide professional janitorial services. The agency requires these services to maintain the safety, health, and performance of all individuals within its facilities. The selected vendor must perform cleaning duties five days a week, after normal working hours from Monday through Friday. The scope of work covers daily, twice-weekly, and weekly cleaning tasks. Daily tasks require the thorough cleaning of all restrooms, including all walls, floors, toilets, and other fixtures, as well as restocking toilet paper, paper towels, cloth towels, and soap. Twice-weekly tasks require cleaning all entryway glass, including public and employee entrances, both inside and outside. Weekly tasks require damp mopping and spray buffing elevator floors with resilient flooring, or spot cleaning elevator floors covered with carpet. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to be completed onsite at the Centralia facility. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk scheduled for June 10, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
