Designer Services

The Shrewsbury, Massachusetts government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive designer services. The agency requires these services to progress a project beyond the schematic design phase. Once the agency decides on the project delivery method, which will be either design/bid/build or construction manager at risk, the contract will be amended accordingly. The scope of work covers basic designer services including all investigative work, a feasibility study, and schematic design. At the option of the agency, the scope may also include design work, preparation of construction documents, bidding period administration, construction administration, and other related work necessary to meet the project goals. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work onsite. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 4, 2026.
